On Saturday I went for a walk at Pleasanton Ridge, in Pleasanton, CA. I originally intended on going to Sunol, however, I saw Pleasanton Ridge on the way. This was supposed to be the day of the shoot for The Doorway, but I delayed the shoot due to the onset of the flu. I thought the walk would help with inspiration, but it’s mostly uphill, and I only made it halfway before it felt like too much. I stopped at this post:

Regardless of the shortened walk, the views and scenery are absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite moments was viewing this tree and the greenery lit by the sun:
